Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager must be capable of managing day-to-day shifts and ensuring smooth, calm, and efficient restaurant operations always, including assisting in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy and reliability of transactions and can operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing. The person in this position receives inventory, moves and lifts food and beverage items and products; maintain a solid understanding of product and services available in the restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products. It is incredibly important our Restaurant General Manager understands the right way to hire, train and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading by example and confidence.

Qualifications:

·         At least 3 years of restaurant management experience

·         A solid track record in achieving financial results

·         Must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

·         Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking highly preferred
