The Opportunity

FOCO is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, high-volume creative team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is passionate about sports, pop culture, and licensed consumer products.

You will support the creation of compelling, brand-right graphics across multiple platforms—working from concept through execution. This role requires strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, and Licensing to bring fan-focused products and campaigns to life.

️ What You'll Do

Graphic Design & Concept Development

  • Create compelling graphics and layouts across digital, print, and product applications
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with FOCO and licensed brand guidelines
  • Execute design projects from brief through final production

Brand & Licensed Product Support

  • Design within strict brand and licensing guidelines for sports and entertainment properties
  • Support product graphics, marketing assets, and campaign materials
  • Contribute to building brand equity through strong visual storytelling

Trend & Creative Research

  • Stay current on trends across sports, pop culture, fashion, music, and entertainment
  • Research and share visual inspiration to inform design direction
  • Contribute ideas that push creative boundaries while staying on-brand

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Present and communicate design concepts and decisions clearly

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3+ years of graphic design experience (internship or professional)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, or Keynote
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and composition
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in sports, licensing, retail, or consumer products
  • Exposure to motion graphics or interactive design
  • Experience working with professional or collegiate sports brands
