The Associate will partner with the Global Online HR Business Partners, providing support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Responsible for delivering quality HR support in a high energy, quickly evolving talent marketplace, the Associate HRBP will work closely with Managers, Employees and HR Centers of Excellence. The Online division is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing areas of our business, with employees spanning across commercial, performance marketing, and technology. The ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments and be equally comfortable working within defined processes and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions.

Responsibilities:
Generalist Support: Act as first point of contact for general employee inquiries. Provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures, best practices, etc. Interpret and apply information from the Employee Guide & Code of Conduct, among other resources.
Annualized HR Processes: Oversees the annual calendar and associated actions to support key business deliverables. Ability to anticipate and successfully execute annual HR processes (performance management, annual reviews, promotions, merit, bonus, compliance trainings) in partnership with HR team. Drives completion of annual processes through high-touch communication and manages tracking.
Project Support: Support the HR team through organizing and participating in project work and project update presentations for leadership. Projects may include campus recruiting, employee volunteer events, taskforces, launching new programs, etc.
Recruitment and Recruitment operations: Act as a liaison with the Talent Acquisition team as it relates to recruitment; job requisition forms, job description library, open jobs report, & referral tracking.
Administration: Job data management for client groups, ensure data accuracy for client groups, act as lead point of contact for people managers as it relates to various processes including documents required for new hires, job data changes, data corrections, and separations. Maintain accuracy of organization charts.
Onboarding: Partner with Hiring Managers to order equipment and develop onboarding schedules. Lead New Hire Onboarding meetings for high volume of new employees to ensure a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience, which includes conducting new hire check-ins. Support the temporary & consultant onboarding process by partnering with payroll vendors on assignment setup, billing, etc.
Offboarding: support the employee separations/offboarding process in partnership with OneSource and IT (final pay, equipment collection, exit interviews, data changes, etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
• Self-starter who challenges the status quo and recommends process improvements accordingly
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from end-to-end
• General analytic and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, "Customer Service" mindset
• Strong interpersonal communication, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
• Professional maturity in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Genuine interest in digital technology, pop culture trends, and the intersection of beauty and technology
