About the role:
As a Lead within our Strategy & Operations department, you will directly support the CashNetUSA P&L and tackle projects that ensure Enova is operating at peak performance, and continuously improving to provide the best possible experience for our hardworking customers. Projects can range from short-term immediate impact projects, like automating a business process, to long term strategic initiatives, such as a new product launch. The best part? Our team is big enough to have the resources to successfully scale the business, but small enough that a single associate has the autonomy to make a meaningful impact. That means you can make your mark.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $97,200 to $140,400. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
