ESSENTIAL DUTIES
External Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required: Bachelor's degree with three years related supply chain experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated problem solving skills, able to identify root causes and make effective decisions that achieve corrective results. Excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve, work efficiently, and multi-task. Intermediate proficiency with Word and Excel and detailed oriented and well organized.
Preferred: Experience using SAP in Inventory or Demand Planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Communicate with Sales, Customers, Value Added and Operations and coordinate business activities between Customers, Sales and Suppliers.
- Actively participate in Sales and Customer meetings, addressing matters that could impact company or customer performance. A high service is required, 99% plus for critical materials, 98.6% overall.
- Support the new customer on-boarding based on the guidelines set forth in the "Points of Light".
- Manage exceptions, on a daily basis work with Suppliers, Buyers and Sales to address stocking position on critical materials.
- Run and analyze key customer performance reports. Run ad hoc reports when needed.
- Forecast historical trends along with projecting demand on upcoming events such as promotions, rollouts and holidays.
- Review overall customer material movement as it pertains to stocking strategy.
- Work with customer on product transitions of old to new materials.
- Work with Sales on customer rollout initiatives, determine resupply needs and manage the receipt of inventory. Additionally communicate with Sales to address slow or inactive materials utilizing drop report as a tool.
- Perform other duties as assigned
