We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and bring their unique perspectives to our team.## Job Description**What You’ll Do*** Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost drivers* Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost, inventory, and working capital* Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement* Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support sourcing strategies, production planning, and capital investment analysis* Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis by linking operational inputs to financial outcomes* Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders* Improve data quality, transparency, and adoption of analytical tools* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations**Position Growth*** **Broaden Your Scope:** Start with core supply chain and FP&A analysis, then take on strategic projects with global impact* **Expand Your Influence:** Grow into a trusted business partner supporting senior leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations* **Global Exposure:** Collaborate with teams across the US and EU on planning, performance, and optimization initiatives* **Sharpen Your Skillset:** Gain hands-on experience with advanced analytics, automation, and cross-functional modeling* **Lead What’s Next:** As the business scales globally, opportunities grow to lead initiatives that shape supply chain and finance strategy## Qualifications**What You Bring*** 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field* Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis* Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment* Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plusf you’re looking for a role where your work matters, your judgment is valued, and your effort directly contributes to growth, we’d love to hear from you.**Suterra** is the world’s leader in pheromone-based pest control, part of **The Wonderful Company** family of brands.
