Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to support data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, and digital transformation across our operations organization. This role plays a critical part in translating complex supply chain and operations data into actionable insights, enabling strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.
The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics will serve as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders within Supply Chain and Operations, helping to convert large and complex datasets into meaningful insights that support performance improvement, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role will also act as a leader within the Operations analytics community, promoting best practices, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
About the Role
The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for delivering advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and analytics storytelling, along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
This role will also support the organization's broader digital transformation agenda by enabling AI, automation, and predictive analytics use cases that enhance decision-making across the supply chain.
Work Environment
Hybrid: This role will be based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Power BI, designing and delivering scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support supply chain and operations performance.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, risks, and performance improvement opportunities across supply chain functions.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and supply chain leadership.
  • Establish and promote best practices for data modeling, visualization standards, KPI development, and self-service analytics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and advanced analytics across supply chain and operations processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support development of predictive models, machine learning solutions, and automation use cases.
  • Support initiatives such as demand and supply forecasting improvement, operational optimization, anomaly detection, and decision support.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure analytics solutions are practical and impactful.
  • Lead and facilitate the Operations Analytics Community of Practice to promote collaboration, standardization, and knowledge sharing.
  • Share best practices, emerging trends, and tools in supply chain analytics, automation, and AI.
  • Mentor and support analytics capability development across the operations organization.

Education and Experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations environment with exposure to planning, analytics, and systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer goods or corporate supply chain environments.
  • Exposure to AI, automation tools, data science methodologies, and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience supporting planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience contributing to or leading communities of practice or analytics capability groups.

Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

Employees are also eligible for paid holidays, floating holidays, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing), as well as a Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
The actual base pay offered will depend on multiple factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
