The primary focus of the National Product Supply Group (NPSG) Supply Chain Optimization & Analytics Manager is to enable NPSG's mission of supporting all Regional Producing Bottlers ("RPBs"), maximizing system efficiencies and market opportunities to strengthen the competitiveness of the Coca-Cola System in the U.S. The Director, Supply Chain Analytics - Data & Technology plays a vital role in: (1) Performing sophisticated analysis and tool development to optimize product supply, (2) support NPSG and TCCC functions by maintaining the System Book of Record for product supply, (3) develop and provide reporting and analysis to a range of key stakeholders to support more effective and efficient decisions.

The primary focus of the National Product Supply Group (NPSG) Supply Chain Optimization & Analytics Manager is to enable NPSG's mission of supporting all Regional Producing Bottlers ("RPBs"), maximizing system efficiencies and market opportunities to strengthen the competitiveness of the Coca-Cola System in the U.S. This position plays a vital role in: (1) Performing sophisticated analysis and tool development to optimize product supply, (2) support NPSG and TCCC functions by maintaining the System Book of Record for product supply, (3) develop and provide reporting and analysis to a range of key stakeholders to support more effective and efficient decisions. The Supply Chain Optimization & Analytics Manager is a subject matter expert in the areas of network sourcing and optimal product flow paths, production capacity and capabilities, inventory builds, and supply chain efficiencies.

You'll work with stakeholders to understand business strategy and define business architecture, inclusive of artifacts such as capability maps, value streams and roadmaps.Our culture is casual, fun and social, with an emphasis on continuous learning and the freedom to try new ideas and experiment. What You'll Do for Us

We are looking for a Director, Supply Chain Analytics - Data & Technology with deep knowledge in data modeling, data engineering and application/analytics development.

Develop, manage and continuously advance NPSG Data & Analytics capabilities

  • Manage, enhance and streamline processes that improve data availability and accuracy for NPSG reporting and modeling
  • Support development and ongoing maintenance of NPSG tools across teams - capacity modeling, sourcing optimization, innovation value chain modeling, etc - by understanding business requirements and translating into solutions that drive faster, better analytics and decision making
  • Research and introduce new analytical tools to meet a variety of use cases
  • Coach, mentor, and train colleagues on sources of data, tools and to build analytical capabilities across NPSG
  • Partner with NPSG's master data lead to ensure standardization and ongoing accuracy

Drive processes enabling NPSG and TCCS Functions

  • Development and management of processes to collaborate with Bottlers on their demand outlook and seamlessly integrate that data into NPSG tools
  • Drive standardization of inputs across NPSG tools for more consistent insights and results
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to advance NPSG capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to automate where possible, simplifying work
  • Support NPSG's master data transformation efforts
  • Partner across NPSG and TCCS functions to advance the competitiveness of the Coca-Cola System's E2E Supply Chain

Execute routines that assess and drive adherence to process

  • Responsible for periodic validation of product flows and financial impact. Approving and/or denying requests from RPB's
  • Build out metrics and reporting on adherence to source/produce flow plans

Lead continuous improvement initiatives within NPSG

  • Collaborate across NPSG on a variety of initiatives to continuously improve processes and/or tools as well as create new capabilities to support NPSG's mission
  • Define multiple, interconnected modelling parameters and algorithms in collaboration with stakeholders used to optimize flows.
  • Develop tools to execute model optimization that can quickly manipulate millions of records and multiple algorithms. Will likely require direct coding in SQL or other advanced data mining applications
  • Continuously evaluate and partner with stakeholders to improve effectiveness of modelling tools and parameters, aligning to business requirements and capabilities

Qualifications& Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-7 years work relevant experience
  • Experience in distributed computing and big data architectures.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Big Data Platforms i.e. Data Lake / HDFS, Cloud Infrastructure platforms including AWS; Business Intelligence/Visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau; advanced analytical tools such as Alteryx
  • Deep understanding of supply chain metrics, manufacturing, production network optimization, transportation, demand planning, or other areas related to Logistics and Supply Chain.
  • Advanced skills and multiple years in SQL and performance tuning of ETL jobs.
  • Hands-on experience with Spark, Fabric, Alteryx and Data Lake environments.
  • Hands-on experience with workload orchestration and automation tools like ADF, AutoSys, RunMyJobs, Control-M etc.
  • Deep knowledge in data modeling and hands-on experience in designing, implementing and tuning data models for ETL, data warehousing and analytical workloads.
  • Experience in building datasets, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies
  • Razor-sharp analytical skills, especially the ability to identify trends and drawing conclusions from vast amounts of data
  • Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems-based solutions that will improve current state
  • Demonstrated strength in both written and verbal communication

  • Advanced Degree
  • 7-10 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated work experience leveraging skills in project management; change management; process development and improvement; and strong negotiation and collaboration
  • Ability to enhance systems and procedures using updated technologies and best practices
  • Knowledge of Coca-Cola System
