Job Overview

The Director, Supply Chain Analytics & Network Performance is a senior analytics leader responsible for translating complex supply chain data into decision grade insights that optimize customer service, financial outcomes, and operational performance.

This role serves as a key thought partner to Supply Chain leadership, owning end to end analytics, performance management, and measurement frameworks for the fulfillment network. The Director leads a high performing analytics team, advances data quality and modeling capabilities, and ensures analytics are consistently embedded into operating rhythms and strategic decision making.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Performance & Efficiency and operates in close partnership with Operations, Transportation, Planning, Engineering, Technology, and Finance.

What You Will Do

Analytics Leadership & Insight Delivery

  • Lead the development and delivery of decision grade analytics, reporting, and insights across the supply chain network.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives, recommendations, and tradeoffs for senior leaders.
  • Ensure analytics outputs are actionable, trusted, and consistently used in operating and planning forums.

Network Performance Management

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of the network operating plan and supporting performance metrics.
  • Establish and standardize KPIs that balance service, cost, capacity, inventory, and speed.
  • Monitor performance trends, surface risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend corrective actions.

Analytics Platforms, Data & Modeling

  • Advance the quality, consistency, and accessibility of supply chain data and analytics.
  • Lead the application and continuous refinement of network modeling, scenario analysis, and capacity planning capabilities.
  • Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure scalable, sustainable analytics solutions.

Strategy, Planning & Cross Functional Partnership

  • Support the development and evolution of network strategy through data driven analysis and modeling.
  • Integrate analytics into Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to enable efficient inventory flow and timely decision making.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to align on definitions, assumptions, priorities, and success measures.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build, lead, and develop a high performing supply chain analytics team.
  • Set clear expectations for analytical rigor, storytelling, and stakeholder partnership.
  • Coach and develop talent, strengthening both technical capabilities and business acumen.

Continuous Improvement & Change Leadership

  • Challenge legacy approaches and continuously improve methods, tools, and performance outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of analytics through strong change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. 

Who You Are & Skills You Will Need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–10 years of experience across supply chain analytics, reporting, planning, operations, strategy, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success leading analytics teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytics experience, including performance management and data driven decision support.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Preferred / Differentiating

  • Advanced network modeling and optimization experience.
  • Experience supporting network strategy, capacity planning, or inventory flow optimization.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to quantify tradeoffs and value creation.
  • Experience working cross functionally with operations, engineering, transportation, technology, and planning teams.
  • Demonstrated change management and adoption leadership.
