WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain

The Sr. Supply Chain Business Analyst will support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations through gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing solutions in production. This role will provide customer and product support and play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, inventory optimization, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, distribution, logistics, finance, and technology teams.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with and work alongside other IT and business areas to ensure properly configured and maintained ERP systems.

  • Prepare functional specifications to pass onto Oracle Developers to prepare integrations and reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

  • Leverage knowledge of the business to drive better implementation of current and future projects for systems processes and process improvements outside of the system.

  • Interact regularly with existing or potential stakeholders and users to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery; advocate on behalf of stakeholders and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management.

  • Achieve objectives by working cross-functionally and collaboratively; contribute information and recommendations to inform strategic plans.

  • Actively seek out and develop solutions to challenges that prevent Vetsource from achieving our potential.

  • Work along with business users to find new ways of working to be more efficient and find ways to eliminate manual work by using approved AI tools.

  • Collaborate with business and find new functionality to implement whenever appropriate.

  • Work with Oracle Support to find solutions to problems as quickly as possible.

  • Document current business processes and new functionality as it is built and delivered to business users.

  • Ensure the ERP system is supported during tight timelines and issues are resolved in a timely manner to meet those deadlines.

  • Use advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work including the use of AI Tools.

  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics including inventory levels, fulfillment, forecasting accuracy, transportation, and supplier performance.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting to support business decision-making.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or related field.

  • At least 7 years of work experience directly related to this position.

  • Strong background in ERP systems required, Oracle Cloudrequired.

  • Strong analytical capabilities.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred for ERP SCM, Procurement, and Accounting Modules.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, best business practices, and procedures within the SCM, Operations, Procurement and Accounting fields.

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.

  • APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or related certifications.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Reliable internet access is required.

  • Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time.

Pay range (US based applicants): $119,872 - $145,000 (annualized)
