• Prospect and generate new insurance business through leads and referrals
• Providing excellent customer service to existing clients
• Conduct policy reviews and update existing policies
• Identify additional insurance needs of existing clients
• Meet monthly sales goals
• Maintain a positive and strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Additional duties assigned as necessary

• Must have previous insurance sales experience and a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Excellent Sales and/or customer service experience
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
• Must have the ability to multi-task with good organizational skills
• Expected to remain current with product changes, licensing and continuing education requirements
• Must pass insurance license background check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
