1099 – Sales/Territory Manager

Company Overview:

In the clinical world, biofilms are the #1 barrier to wound healing and a leading cause of antibiotic resistance. Their product doesn’t just "cover" a wound; they transform the healing environment by addressing the root cause of non-healing chronic wounds.

Flagship line includes Antimicrobial Wound Gel and Cleanser.

·       Patented Innovation: These are FDA 510(k) cleared products utilizing our patented coactiv+TM technology.

·       Clinical Efficacy: The thermo-reversible gel effectively eliminates 99.9% of bacteria within the biofilm and stays exactly where the clinician applies it.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

·       Clinical Education: Educate specialized physicians and staff on the science of biofilms and the clinical application of coactiv+TM technology.

·       Account Management: Identify and open new accounts while managing ongoing relationships to ensure consistent re-ordering and volume growth.

The Candidate

·       Medical Sales Veteran: You must have active, current relationships in the wound care or surgical space.

·       Existing Network: Possession of an established "golden rolodex" of relevant providers (Podiatrists, Vascular Surgeons, Mobile Wound Care).

·       Independent Mindset: Proven ability to manage a 1099 "bag" and drive results in an autonomous, commission-driven environment.

·       Scientific Proficiency: Ability to communicate complex clinical data and the mechanism of action regarding biofilm disruption.
