About the Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious, coachable individuals to join our team asInsurance Sales Representatives. This is aremote, work-from-home roleoffering flexible hours and the chance to grow a long-term career in the insurance industry. No insurance experience is required—training is provided—but success comes to those who are disciplined, self-starters, and willing to follow a proven system.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs.
  • Present life insurance, mortgage protection, and related financial products that best fit client goals.
  • Build relationships and deliver excellentcustomer servicein a professional, remote setting.
  • Manage your own schedule while meeting production and sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training programs to sharpen skills.
  • Use provided software tools to track leads, applications, and client interactions.
