Become a Key Player as a Quality Leader

You will lead and manage the plant-level quality function to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement. You will work with plant and leadership stakeholders to implement the division quality plan, drive AS9100D-based processes, and coach a team of quality engineers and inspectors. Onsite (1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 5x8 days).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Communicate and execute customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements to assure product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage, develop, and coach a team of quality engineers and inspectors to foster a culture of quality and continual improvement
  • Oversee documentation and implementation of the quality management system to maintain compliance with standards and policies
  • Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party quality system audits and prepare plant personnel
  • Maintain and drive corrective action systems to analyze and resolve nonconforming conditions and complaints
  • Implement and monitor performance measurements to evaluate product quality, customer satisfaction, and cost of poor quality and target improvement efforts
  • Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure performance targets are met
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • B.S. degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of Quality, Engineering, or related experience
  • Minimum 3 years managing a team
  • Knowledge of AS9100D (lead auditor preferred)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and quality practices
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Six Sigma certification (e.g., Black Belt) or ASQ certifications (CQE, CQMgr)
  • Experience with Lean, Statistical Process Control, Measurement Systems Analysis/Gage R&R, Process Capability, and FMEA
Pay Range

$9336.00 - $11670.00/hour
