Job description

Area Manager (Seattle, WA)
Invictus Northwest Group | Full-Time

Build a market. Lead a team. Own the outcome.

Invictus Northwest Group is expanding our asphalt and pavement maintenance division into the Seattle market. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Team Lead to help build and grow this division from the ground up.

This is not a desk job. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can sell, lead, organize, and execute—while building a strong field operation.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow the asphalt and pavement maintenance business in Seattle
  • Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
  • Conduct site assessments and identify opportunities
  • Close work and manage jobs from sale through execution
  • Lead, support, and coordinate field crews
  • Help establish Seattle as a strong, long-term market

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter with strong accountability
  • Comfortable in sales and relationship-building
  • Thinks like an owner, not just an employee
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willing to be in the field—not behind a desk

Ideal Background

  • Asphalt, paving, or construction experience
  • Property maintenance or commercial services
  • Operations leadership experience

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 USD
  • Bonus and growth incentives tied to market performance

Why Join Invictus

We’re building a company focused on doing excellent work, creating opportunity, and protecting customer assets. We move fast, hold a high standard, and want people who are serious about growth.

Company Description

Invictus Northwest Group is a certified leader in snow, ice, concrete, and paving services across the Pacific Northwest. Why join us?
You’ll be part of a respected, mission-driven team where your work makes a real impact. At Invictus, we value hard work, growth, and the people behind the plow.
