Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is a company focused on providing diverse workforce solutions, and they are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst. The role involves managing stakeholder requirements and ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce Service Cloud for technical support platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with leading industry technical support platforms including functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, etc.) and familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• End to End Stakeholder management from collecting requirements, prioritization, deve and deployment cycle.
