As a Development Coordinator, you help drive the visibility and growth of DSI's mission. Through storytelling, community engagement, and strategic outreach, you play a key role in building awareness, strengthening donor relationships, and expanding our impact. From campaigns and events to digital content and partnerships, this role blends creativity and connection to help share our story and inspire others to support our work.

What You'll Do:
  • Build relationships with donors, community partners, and supporters to grow engagement and funding
  • Plan and support fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach efforts
  • Create and share marketing materials to increase awareness of DSI's mission and services
  • Track donations, maintain records, and support reporting for fundraising and grant efforts

  • Experience or interest in marketing, fundraising, public relations, or community outreach
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people in the community
  • A self-starter who stays organized, manages multiple projects, and meets deadlines
  • An associate degree or related experience, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
