Job Description

Crye-Leike® Accounting Department is hiring an Accounting Receptionist at Corporate Headquarters.

Job Duties

· Answer & direct all incoming calls

· Filing

· Assisting the agents

· Make deposits

· Order office supplies

· Use 10 key by touch

· Processes incoming and outgoing mail.

· Scanning Bank deposits

· Collect & distribute mail

· Cutting Escrow Checks

· Entering agent receivables

· Preparing & sending correspondence via courier

· Perform other related general office duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

· Must be able to utilize office equipment such as; copy/fax machine, scanner and multi-line telephone.

· Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner

· Detail oriented, team player, organized and capability to learn new material quickly

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Effective oral communication skills

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs ( Word/Excel/Outlook)

· Use 10-key

· Strong work ethic and initiative

· Real Estate office experience a plus

· Able to lift 40 lbs as needed
