Key Performance Objectives

Schedule Success (35%)

  • Proactively manages and drives accountability of project team members (internal and external) to ensure the successful execution of all assigned projects.

Financial Success (25%)

  • Ensures financial success for assigned projects as related to budgets, change management and billings to achieve profitability objectives.

Pre-con/Backlog Procurement (15%)

  • Supports the Pre-Construction Department in the procurement of work by creating project and logistics schedules.

Quality/Risk Management (5%)

  • Ensures project 1/3 Point Reviews are properly planned, implemented, and follow through on all data leading up to and coming out of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closely partner with site Superintendents to lead and drive the schedule for alignment, accuracy, and completion
  • Proactively manages and drives accountability of internal and external project team members
  • Develops project plans and phases to support driving schedules
  • Generates subcontractor contracts and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Identifies project constraints and opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Ensures comprehensive project oversight by closely monitoring administrative activities
  • Prepares and actively participates in Monthly Project Operations meetings
  • Ensures financial success of assigned projects by managing budgets, change management, and billings
  • Guarantees the regularity and consistency of weekly huddle meetings across all projects
  • Collaborates with the Pre-Construction Department to develop project and logistic schedules

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of commercial construction experience required
  • Demonstrated success of leading teams and successful execution of project plans required
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Construction
  • Management or related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational, Communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook,
  • Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Primavera Suretrack, etc.
  • Experience with ProCore a plus
