Job description

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a high-visibility onsite scanning operation. This role will lead logistics coordination, equipment deployment, installation and testing, live operational support, and post-event teardown activities while serving as the primary liaison between onsite stakeholders, technical teams, logistics vendors, and centralized support teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, event-driven environments and can confidently manage live operational timelines and issue resolution.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration- 6 weeks project

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of onsite scanning operations from setup through teardown.
  • Coordinate logistics, equipment delivery, installation, and testing activities.
  • Oversee live scanning operations and ensure adherence to operational schedules and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for onsite operational issues.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and secure equipment handling.
  • Drive successful execution of all project milestones within tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager supporting onsite deployments, live operations, or event-based environments.
  • Strong logistics coordination and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to manage detailed schedules in high-pressure, time-sensitive settings.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting sports events or large-scale live operations.
  • Familiarity with scanning systems, imaging technologies, or AI-enabled quality assurance processes.
  • Experience with secure equipment handling and white glove logistics operations.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
