At Compliance Pros Business Consultants--Restaurant division we are working with clients in Tulsa, Bixby, Stillwater, and Oklahoma City, Ok that are actively interviewing and hiring full service experienced restaurant managers. We are seeking an Assistant General Manager Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Salary 45-58K plus monthly bonus, benefits include: health, dental, vision, vacation, life insurance, AFLAC and more!

Responsibilities:
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
