Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director of International Recruitment and Partnerships provides strategic leadership for the university's global enrollment, recruitment, and partnership initiatives. The position develops and implements comprehensive international recruitment strategies designed to expand San Jose State University's global presence, strengthen institutional partnerships, and support sustainable enrollment growth across academic programs. The Director exercises broad authority over market development, partnership engagement, operational planning, data-informed decision making, and international recruitment initiatives while representing the university in global and systemwide forums. This role has significant organizational impact through leadership of international enrollment strategy, cross-functional collaboration, financial oversight, and advancement of the university's internationalization goals.

Campus Security Authority - In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) and CSU systemwide policy, this position is subject to ongoing review for designation as a Campus Security Authority.
