JOB DESCRIPTION

Learning & Development Project Manager

Project Support & Execution:

  • Translate strategic learning plans developed by Senior Learning Consultants into actionable project plans.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery coordination using Monday.com.
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

  • Serve as the operational point of contact between SLCs, business stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors.
  • Ensure all parties are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide regular status updates and proactively flag issues to SLCs and leadership.

Learning Program Logistics:

  • Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person learning events (communications, enrollment, materials, venue/technology).
  • Coordinate with LMS administrators and technology teams to ensure smooth learning delivery.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Support SLCs in defining success metrics and capturing data to measure program effectiveness.
  • Gather participant feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance future project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within corporate L&D or HR.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS, virtual platforms) and adult learning principles.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred.
  • Learning and Development experience required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
