Job Summary
This role supports critical shared services operations by maintaining vendor data integrity, coordinating procurement and financial processes, and partnering across multiple business functions.
Job Location
This role is hybrid, based out of Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures accuracy of vendor data across ERP systems (M3, SAP)
  • Supports procurement, invoicing, and financial operations continuity
  • Enables daily workflow execution within shared services
  • Acts as liaison across IT, Procurement, Finance, and AP
  • Vendor onboarding, maintenance, and compliance
  • Purchase order and procurement coordination
  • Shared mailbox management and request triage
  • Invoice upload validation and reporting supp
  • PCard administration and issue resolution
  • Metrics reporting and process documentation
  • Cross-functional coordination and process improvement
  • Cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder communication

Job Requirements
  • Ability handling high-volume workload with competing priorities
  • ERP experience (M3, SAP)
  • 2-4 years in operations, shared services, or finance support preferred
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy and compliance requirements
  • Strong Excel and analytical capabilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
