RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking an experienced technology professional to serve as an IT Contract & Vendor Governance Consultant in south Florida area. This role will represent Information Technology during the review of technology contracts, statements of work, managed services agreements, and project-based engagements.
Summary:
Unlike Legal or Sourcing, this role is focused on ensuring contracts adequately support IT's operational, support, service delivery, and project execution requirements. The consultant must have deep experience working with technology vendors and understand how contractual language translates into day-to-day service delivery, project execution, vendor accountability, and operational success.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience within enterprise IT organizations and understands what differentiates a strong agreement from one that creates operational risk, ambiguity, or vendor accountability challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise Information Technology
* Extensive experience working with technology vendors, managed service providers, systems integrators, and consulting organizations
Direct experience reviewing, negotiating, or managing:
* Managed Services Agreements
* Statements of Work (SOWs)
* Staff Augmentation Agreements
* Fixed-Price Project Contracts
* Outsourcing Agreements
* Professional Services Contracts
Strong understanding of:
* IT Operations
* Infrastructure Services
* Application Development

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
