Job Description:
As an Inside Sales & Service Writer, you will handle front-counter and phone interactions for sales and repairs. You will quote jobs, write service tickets, and keep customers moving through the shop while hitting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and assist walk-in customers with computer sales, custom builds, and repair quotes.
  • Write detailed repair tickets in CRM and explain pricing and timelines clearly.
  • Follow up on completed jobs and turn one-time customers into repeat clients.
  • Process accessory and hardware sales at the counter.
  • Support the bench team with basic diagnostics during busy periods.
  • Meet monthly sales and service targets.
  • Keep the sales floor organized and professional.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years in retail sales, service writing, or customer-facing tech support.
  • Strong computer knowledge (Windows/Mac) and fast typing.
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and full-time availability (40 hours/week).
