Position SummaryThe IT Coordinator provides building-level technology support across RocSci campuses while contributing to network-wide IT operations. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this role keeps devices, networks, telecom, and classroom systems running reliably so staff and students can teach and learn without interruption.
Terms of EmploymentGoogle IT Support Professional, CompTIA A+, Amplified Admin (Chrome, L1/L2, Security), CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA, and CompTIA Security+
Performance EvaluationQuarterly and annual reviews by the Director of IT. Performance is measured by ticket responsiveness, quality of support, communication, reliability, KPI progress, and 360° feedback from leadership and staff.
