Manager Responsibilities
- Advocates for a superior guest experience
- Operating a high-volume restaurant, constant evaluation and mission for improvement
- Manages full lifecycle of all FOH employees:
- Recruiting the best of the best!
- Passionately training the team to perform at the highest level
- Developing leaders and encouraging upward growth on your team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, fine dining restaurants
- Spirit of hospitality
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
