Toyota Direct is actively seeking Experienced and Inexperienced Sales BDC Agents for immediate hire! If you excel at phone communication and embody a friendly and respectful demeanor, we want you on our team.

BDC Agents manage customer Internet leads and respond to all inquiries in a quick and timely manner. You will answer customer questions about product, brand, inventory, and drive Internet traffic into the dealership by making appointments for interested customers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Friendly phone edict
  • Basic computer literacy - Windows 10 or higher
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
