Job Summary:
The Transformation Manager (US) is responsible for leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from charter through implementation and adoption. This role focuses on driving standardized processes, improved cycle times, and measurable business outcomes across Array's US operations. The BTO Manager partners with functional leaders, IT, and the Change Manager to ensure initiatives deliver value and are fully embedded into day-to-day operations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of BTO initiatives aligned to enterprise business cycles.
Develop charters, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
Facilitate current-state and future-state process design with functional teams.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional resources across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
Partner with Change Manager to ensure adoption, training, and sustainment.
Track and report on initiative progress, value realization, and KPIs.
Support governance, prioritization, and executive steering forums.
Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles.
Strong experience leading cross-functional, enterprise initiatives.
Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Experience partnering with IT and digital initiatives (ERP, CRM, analytics, AI).
Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
