Job Overview
An experienced Digital Transformation Lead is sought to spearhead strategic modernization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and technology adoption across the organization. This role combines analytical insight, project management expertise, and process improvement skills to deliver measurable value. You'll serve as the connection between business strategy and technology execution-translating organizational goals into scalable digital solutions that drive lasting impact.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience leading digital transformation, business process optimization, or enterprise-level project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end transformation programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and HR/performance management systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP-certified methodologies.
  • Proven record of implementing automation, data integration, or technology adoption initiatives.

What the Client Needs You to Do
You will lead digital initiatives that modernize business processes and elevate organizational performance. This includes developing transformation strategies, coordinating multi-departmental execution, and fostering adoption of digital tools and practices. The ideal candidate drives continuous improvement while ensuring every initiative delivers tangible business outcomes and supports cultural change across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Identify, design, and implement technology-enabled improvements across core business functions.
  • Champion automation, system integration, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
  • Map and evaluate current processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement and change enablement programs that enhance user adoption.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously using agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines; monitor risks and ensure delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and operational leaders to align initiatives.
  • Support data integration across enterprise platforms to ensure governance and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools to measure transformation outcomes.
