Title: OCM Lead - GenAI Transformation

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to ensure successful integration of GenAI capabilities across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute OCM strategy for GenAI-driven digital transformation initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders, IT, AI/ML teams, and vendors to enable GenAI adoption at scale
  • Conduct change impact assessments for GenAI use cases, workflows, and operating models
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, executive messaging, and leadership readiness programs
  • Design and implement training and enablement programs focused on GenAI tools, copilots, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Drive user adoption, behavioral change, and value realization of GenAI solutions
  • Establish change governance, KPIs, and adoption metrics (usage, productivity, sentiment)
  • Manage resistance, risk, and cultural change related to AI ethics, trust, and responsible AI usage
  • Coordinate with HR, L&D, Legal, Compliance, and Security on AI policy, ethics, and workforce impact
  • Support post-go-live reinforcement and continuous improvement of GenAI initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management for large-scale digital programs
  • Strong experience with AI, GenAI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with OCM frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
  • Ability to translate complex GenAI concepts into business-friendly messaging
  • Proven leadership in stakeholder management and executive communications
  • Experience driving training, adoption, and transformation in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI, and change risks
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
