This role requires consulting judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate strategy into results.

This is the level where AI advisory becomes integral to how you serve clients. You help leaders understand where AI belongs in their business journey, where it does not, what value it can create, what risks must be controlled, and what operating changes are needed to make it work. Anders' sprint-based delivery methodology-Diagnostic in Week 1, Sprint 1 in Weeks 2-4, Sprint 2 in Weeks 5-8-means you will drive rapid diagnostics and measurable pilots that demonstrate AI and transformation value quickly.

What You'll Do:

Functional Operations

  • Lead transformation engagements from scope through implementation-defining project objectives, success measures, workplans, risks, governance, and AI opportunity scope jointly with client sponsors.
  • Manage client sponsors, executive stakeholders, and project teams. Conduct executive presentations and decision meetings. Build relationships with senior client leaders based on trust, candor, and value delivery.
  • Diagnose constraints across process, people, systems, structure, economics, strategy, data, and decision-making. Lead development of recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans.
  • Advise clients on AI as a strategic and operational asset. Translate business strategy, process knowledge, and industry understanding into AI-enabled opportunity portfolios. Lead AI opportunity diagnostics, connect AI use cases to business cases, KPIs, adoption plans, and governance needs.
  • Identify risks involving data quality, privacy, security, compliance, bias, hallucination, workflow disruption, and change resistance. Build executive-level narratives that explain AI value in plain business terms.
  • Manage project economics, delivery quality, staffing, and profitability. Identify expansion opportunities tied to client value.
  • Coach consultants and analysts through structured problem solving and responsible AI use. Build reusable methods, templates, case examples, prompt assets, and training materials.
  • Partner with Anders relationship leaders across tax, audit, and advisory to identify client needs and shape solutions-reflecting the firm's integrated model.

Success Measures

  • You independently lead complex client work and secure commitment from senior client leaders.
  • You protect quality, economics, scope, risk, and client trust while converting analysis into action and action into measurable results.
  • You advise clients on practical AI use without overselling or underestimating risk-helping them take a balanced, value-driven approach.
  • You develop people while delivering client outcomes and create follow-on opportunities through earned credibility.
  • You help build the Anders Business Transformation practice and contribute marketable AI-enabled transformation offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-12 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, process improvement, strategy, project management, finance transformation, operations, technology, analytics, or advisory leadership.
  • Proven experience leading client engagements or cross-functional transformation projects with strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing scope, budget, timeline, risks, teams, and project economics; ability to develop business cases and measurable performance targets.
  • Experience leading process improvement, strategy, operating model, change, AI-enabled improvement, automation, analytics, or implementation work.

Your Qualifications:
