Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW 

The Master Data Associate role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of critical business data across systems, processes, and platforms.  

This role reports to the Head of Master Data. In particular: 

  • Data cleansing and creation 
  • Entry, maintenance, and quality control of master data across various systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy. 
  • Accurately maintains data related to Eataly’s inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory valuation across Eataly departments and locations. 
  • Supports the Master Data Team in creation and maintenance of Master Data records in the WMS, POS and ERP systems. 
  • Work closely with various business units locally and globally to gather data requirements and address data-related issues. 
  • Identify defects and issues in various systems 
  • Ensure that critical data is readily available for analysis, reporting, and operational activities. 
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor ’s Degree preferred) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 
  • Experience in Data related activities 
  • Experience with ERP / WMS systems 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers and data entry activities 
  • Ability to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reporting 
  • Experience in the Retail and Food/Beverage industries is preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders 

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly
