Master Data Specialist
Join a well-established, multi-division industry leader with a strong reputation for quality and service. Our Northeast Ohio client seeks a Master Data Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer, vendor, and operational data across multiple divisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with departments companywide, helping maintain data quality, troubleshoot system issues, and support business processes that keep the organization running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and update customer and vendor master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Review and approve new accounts, changes, and hierarchies.
  • Support tax documentation and troubleshoot related errors.
  • Manage data for acquisitions, migrations, and multi-division integrations.
  • Build and maintain operational codes, cost centers, and key data tables.
  • Perform data cleansing and troubleshoot system or master data issues.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to resolve process and system challenges.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related data or administrative role.
