What we need:
The Master Data Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that works to contribute to our master data maintenance and governance initiatives. This role will assist with data entry, validation, and the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
What you'll do:
  • Assist in master data entry, processing, validation, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with purchasing on the set up of new vendor accounts, including the handling of sensitive information
  • Work with suppliers to maintain accurate vendor records (update bank accounts, contact information, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and guidelines
  • Assist in master data entry, processing, validation, and maintenance activities

  • Monitor and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence and IT to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.
  • Participate in generating alternative solutions and evaluating their feasibility.
  • Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
  • Identify, define, and address problems that are standard, readily identifiable, and typically within the immediate job area.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience preferred
