As a Data Management Analyst, you will provide data management support for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment in the Integrated Analytics space. In this role, you will collaborate among technical teams, clinical stakeholders and site stakeholders to execute day-to-day responsibilities set by the Data Management Leads and Senior Leads.
As the Data Management Analyst, you will:
  • Provide updates, address challenges and maintain momentum on deliverables
  • Build trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor and internal) ensuring seamless management of deployment activities
  • Leverage knowledge of clients' practices, policies and processes to effectively execute project deliverables
  • Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress
  • Coordinate any eternal meetings or events for the team
  • Develop and implement complex scripts to perform audits, data transformations validations and reporting

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or a related field
  • Project Management experience including data management support
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, SharePoints Lists & Microsoft Power Apps
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Experience with documentation and structured reporting
  • Experience working within the DoD, Veteran's Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS) a plus
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
  • Willingness to travel to client sites 50% of the time and perform remote work as needed
