Job description

DCS is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support an Army project management office at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This position supports a fast-paced program office with the collection, evaluation, analysis, reconciliation, validation, management, and identification of electronic data and records for a health-related program. The ideal candidate is a team player and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to get things done efficiently and accurately.

This is a full-time, onsite position.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides data management and data quality expertise in support of the design, management, and entry of the DOW records.

Conducts data quality analysis, validation, and verification.

Assists in configuration management of the data dictionary. 

Parses vast amounts of data to establish and maintain data quality. 

Creates data reports and graphs for data visualization.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of data management experience.

Secret clearance required.

Proactive, self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Army Vantage.

Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, and Agile technologies.
