This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver the global roadmap for GLIMS transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Improve laboratory processes byidentifyingopportunities to simplify and standardize workflows.
  • Lead GLIMS implementation, configuration, andintegrationprojects across global sites.
  • Partner with laboratory, operations, quality, and IT teams to achieve business goals.
  • Drive change management activities that support successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and data integrity requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading business transformation, operational improvement, or technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of LIMS platforms or similar enterprise systems within regulated environments.
