Compensation And Benefits:
- Earn between 57,000 to 70,000 annually including profit share.
- Profit Share Bonus Program Paid Monthly and Additional monthly bonus opportunities.

Assistant Manager Requirements:
- At least 1 year of management experience in the Hospitality, retail, customer service or related field.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management.
