As an Applebee's Restaurant Manager, you will be engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations. Using your multi-tasking and problem-solving skills you will assist in selecting, developing, and leading a team to deliver a great dining experience. You will work hard and have a great time doing it!

Compensation And Benefits:

Earn between 57,000 to 70,000 annually including profit share.
Profit Share Bonus Program Paid Monthly and Additional monthly bonus opportunities.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

At least 1 year of management experience in the Hospitality, retail, customer service or related field.
Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
Be a team player.
Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management.
