Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Manager of Performance Marketing to oversee our domestic paid media programs and selected international efforts. This role is pivotal in scaling ABH’s visibility and performance across multiple digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be both highly analytical and creatively fluent, with a passion for performance marketing and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage relationships with ABH’s domestic media and affiliate agencies, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Oversee and optimize media budgets, planning calendars, and performance reporting (KPI dashboards and insights).
  • Brief and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact media assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Lead planning, optimization, and scaling of paid media across:
  • Paid Search (Google, Bing)
  • Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat)
  • Programmatic & Display
  • Affiliate & Performance Partnerships
  • Retail Media (Amazon Ads, Sephora Media Network, etc.)
  • Own execution and optimization across key channels: Direct Mail, Programmatic PR and Affiliate Marketing (Rakuten, HOWL, LTK, and more)
  • Partner closely with Omni Channel Sales and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign planning, go-to-market timelines, and cross-channel execution.
  • Monitor industry benchmarks and media trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend.
Financial Modeling & Measurement
  • Build and maintain CAC / LTV models by channel, audience, and cohort
  • Partner with Finance to forecast spend, returns, and contribution margin at scale
  • Own incrementality testing, lift studies, and attribution strategy
  • Operate confidently in environments with MMM (Mixed Media Models), attribution tools, and platform-level reporting
  • Translate complex performance data into clear executive-level insights
  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year college) required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media strategy and execution, either at a major brand or agency
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical mindset
  • Deep understanding of beauty industry KPIs and media benchmarks
  • Highly proficient in media buying platforms, affiliate tools, and campaign analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Flexible, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Location: West LA area. This role is hybrid, with 3x in-office per week in Los Angeles.

 Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $90,000.00-$120,000.00 yearly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
