Title: Benefits Coordinator
FLSA Status: Full Time Employee/Exempt
Reports to: Benefits Operations Manager
Purpose:
The Benefits Coordinator supports the Benefits Specialist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs and assists employees with benefit-related questions and processes. This entry-level role provides administrative and customer service support to the Benefits team while gaining hands-on experience in employee benefits, HR systems, and compliance processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys helping support the benefits team and employees navigate benefit programs and HR processes.
