Restaurant Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated restaurant leadership experience.
• 3 or more years as Restaurant Manager with full service bar.
• Previous Kitchen Management experience is a plus.
• Need to have a strong track record of results and accountability.
• Ability to lead by inspiring employees to do their best work.
• Need to have a natural mentality of constant improvement.
