Job Description
The Engagement & Culture Manager owns the regional design, deployment, and execution of engagement, culture, and inclusion & belonging initiatives.The role partners closely with business and HR leaders to integrate engagement, culture, and inclusion priorities into overall people and business strategies, ensuring these levers directly support business performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience outcomes.
Employee Engagement
  • Lead the full employee engagement lifecycle across Business Groups, including global and pulse surveys, diagnostics, action planning, and follow-through.
  • Translate engagement data into business-relevant insights and targeted actions at enterprise, regional, and local levels.
  • Coach leaders and HR teams on effective engagement action planning and execution.
  • Curate and facilitate best-practice sharing across countries, plants, and business units to accelerate impact.

Culture Deployment & Embedding
  • Drive the deployment and sustained embedding of Amcor's culture across the region, ensuring cultural priorities are reflected in leadership behaviors, people processes, and employee experience moments.
  • Partner with leaders to reinforce Amcor's purpose, values, and behaviors in day-to-day decision-making and leadership practices.
  • Oversee regional deployment of recognition programs, including enterprise initiatives, ensuring strong governance, visibility, and employee impact.

Inclusion & Belonging
  • Lead the implementation of the Inclusion & Belonging strategy across Business Groups, adapting execution to business needs, workforce demographics, and cultural context.
  • Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and inclusion communities to embed inclusion and belonging into talent, leadership, engagement, and culture practices.
  • Track progress, risks, and outcomes, using data and feedback to continuously refine approach and recommendations.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including
  • Experience in managing engagement initiatives (including survey execution and action planning)
  • Cross country experience within Americas
  • Experience in a large, multi-site, multi-national organization. Industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting different levels across the organization

Skills/Abilities/Behaviours:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees across diverse regions.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of cultural awareness and adaptability to support diverse teams.
