We are hiring an entry-level team member to join our Allstate agency with a clear path into a licensed, income-producing role.
Youll start as an Insurance Office Coordinator (part-time) and transition into a full-time Licensed Service Agent within 90 days.
In our agency, client service is sales every interaction is an opportunity to help clients while identifying needs, generating referrals, and contributing to growth.
What Youll Do (Starting Role)

- Be the first point of contact for clients (phone, in-person, and online)
- Handle administrative tasks: paperwork, policy updates, inspections, and follow-ups
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Assist with billing, payments, and service requests
- Identify client needs, uncover opportunities, and refer them to licensed agents
- Learn how to turn everyday conversations into revenue opportunities
- Start: Part-Time (Unlicensed)
- Within 90 days: Obtain Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
- Transition to:
- Manage client relationships and service needs
- Generate referrals, cross-sell, and identify gaps in coverage
- Contribute directly to agency revenue and growth
- Account Manager (higher-level production + client management)
- Sales Role (new business, uncapped earning potential)
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and follow through
- Comfortable identifying opportunities and contributing to sales
- Positive, high-energy, team-first mindset
- Base pay (increases once licensed/full-time)
