About the Role

As the BIG Account Manager, you will oversee two key initiatives that are essential for supporting growth within the CARFAX Banking & Insurance group and have a material impact on data acquisition efforts within CARFAX. The CARFAX Auto Loan Insights (CALI) program is a contributory database that provides lenders with tools to better define the correlation between vehicle history and loan performance. The CARFAX LienGuard (LienGuard) program helps lenders protect against fraud while providing CARFAX with an important dataset that enhances our products and offerings.

As the BIG Program Manager, you will:

  • Manage the CALI and LienGuard programs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of programs with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with BIG Auto Finance, Analytics, and Product Technology to utilize data and insights for future product offerings.
  • Monitor authorized user accounts, provide quarterly metrics reporting, and maintain user data through Salesforce or other internal program.
  • Manage all phases of customer acquisition and rollout: program demonstration, contracting, implementation, deliverables, training, testing, and reporting.
  • Respond rapidly to customer questions and system issues.
  • Help solve problems and identify ways to create efficiencies and improve the CALI and LienGuard programs.
  • Assist in promoting the use of the programs and solutions to automotive lenders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years account management experience w/focus on customer-facing programs.
  • Experience working with or collaborating with an analytics team preferred.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
  • Ability to work independently within defined metrics and game plan.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and productivity to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance various responsibilities.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Confidence to bring new ideas and solutions to the team.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some travel may be required (10 %)

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
