Summary
Responsible for basic accounting functions. Other functions will be to provide support as needed for other
accounting functions as determined by the manager.
80% Accounting Services
  • Updating daily bank activity for multiple cash accounts
  • Recording of cash receipts for commission payments
  • Daily reconciliation of Direct Bill commissions
  • Efficient in data entry and sharp attention to detail
  • Assist in the depositing of daily checks
  • Assist with vendor payables
  • Maintaining compliance with all accounting department services standards and procedures

10% Teamwork
  • Working together with the team and with other departments.
  • Volunteering to back up and/or assist others as needed.
  • Completing special projects as requested by the manager.
  • Managing PTO to work with departmental needs.

10% Determination
Displaying commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience
