About The Job Alignerr works closely with world-class AI research teams to advance how artificial intelligence interprets and produces natural human speech. We are looking for professional voice actors and voice-over talent to contribute high-quality Italian audio recordings and evaluations that help train and refine next-generation AI models. This role supports AI development efforts and does not include any voice cloning activities.

Organization: Alignerr Position: Italian – Generalist Voice Actor Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $170-200 per accepted hour Location: Remote What You'll Do Create clear, high-fidelity Italian voice recordings using provided scripts and prompts. Review AI-generated speech and assess it for accuracy, natural flow, and expressiveness. Share thoughtful, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality.

Examine and adjust scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and easy to deliver. What We're Looking For Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, or comparable audio-focused roles. Full fluency in spoken Italian.

Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet recording space. Ability to consistently deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances. Strong attention to detail when evaluating pronunciation, tone, and overall clarity.
