About the Role
We're looking for skilled English writers to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your command of the English language - your instinct for clarity, tone, and precision - will directly shape how AI systems write, reason, and communicate.
This is a flexible, remote contract role powered by Alignerr (by Labelbox), working at the forefront of AI development.

: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do - Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
- Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency
- Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies that others miss
- Apply detailed style guidelines and editorial standards with precision
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI writing quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
- Extremely detail-oriented with sharp proofreading and editing instincts
- Able to follow complex style guidelines and apply them consistently at scale
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required - your writing expertise is what matters
- Background in editing, copywriting, content strategy, or journalism
- Experience working with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI writing tools or language evaluation workflows
