About the Role
We're looking for skilled English writers to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your command of the English language - your instinct for clarity, tone, and precision - will directly shape how AI systems write, reason, and communicate.

  • What You'll Do
    • Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
    • Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency
    • Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies that others miss
    • Apply detailed style guidelines and editorial standards with precision
    • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI writing quality
    • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
    Who You Are
    • Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional written communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
    • Extremely detail-oriented with sharp proofreading and editing instincts
    • Able to follow complex style guidelines and apply them consistently at scale
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
    • No prior AI experience required - your writing expertise is what matters
