Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a communication bridge between senior/executive leadership and smaller operational teams
  • Translate high-level strategic direction into clear, actionable guidance for teams
  • Present team insights, risks, and progress clearly to executive stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with varying levels of seniority
  • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and decision-making forums with clarity and confidence
  • Ensure consistent, transparent, and professional communication across all levels
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in TMP, talent management, program management, or a related role
  • Excellent to outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership as well as frontline and small teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • High level of professionalism, maturity, and business acumen
