Job Role : JBPM Developer (Telecom)

Location: Miami , FL (hybrid)

Duration : 12Months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a JBPM Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise and business process management experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions across Telecom BSS/OSS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain JBPM-based workflow solutions.
  • Model and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0.
  • Create and manage Process Definitions, Decision Tables, and Drools Business Rules.
  • Develop and administer JBPM workflows for process orchestration across BSS and OSS systems.
  • Implement case management, exception handling, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to automate and streamline telecom operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of JBPM Workflow Engine.
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 Process Modeling.
